Getting Started

How do I use my RxGun?

This is the general guide to get the most out of your RxGun, whether you’re treating yourself or others.

1. Always turn on the RxGun before placing it on the body.
2. For muscle activation, recovery, and tension relief, simply “float” the RxGun  on muscles that need the most attention – it was designed to do all the work for you. Slowly glide the RxGun up and down the muscle, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
3. Breathe and relax and remember to stretch. It feels amazing!

 

How long should i use my RxGun?

Depending on the desired result, we recommend using your RxGun for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. A full-body session should not exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2-3 times per day.

 

30 SECONDS = MUSCLE ACTIVATION

Prior to workouts or physical activity, float your RxGun for up to 30 seconds to instantly activate and “wake up” your muscles.

15 SECONDS = MUSCLE RE-ACTIVATION

Reactivate muscles during your workout or any activity by using your RxGun for 10-15 seconds on the muscle group. This will re-energize, relieve muscle spasms and fatigue, and keep muscles active.

2 MINUTES = PAIN RELIEF & RECOVERY

Float your RxGun for up to 2 minutes for muscle recovery post-workout to decrease soreness, and on any muscles that require immediate pain relief.

Can I travel with my RxGun?

When traveling with your RxGun, Removable Lithium-ion batteries must be stored in carry-on baggage only. When a carry-on bag is checked at the gate, all Lithium batteries must be removed from the bag and kept with the passenger in the aircraft cabin. Please check with your local airport rules.

Some RxGun devices have a built-in Lithium-ion battery, it must be stored in your carry-on baggage only.

While you are able to travel with your RxGun device and accessories in your carry-on luggage, it is at the discretion of the TSA officer to allow it through. Please feel free to share our website and social media with them if they are unfamiliar with our device.

We ship to many countries around the world. Please use our checkout and enter your country.  If it’s available, we ship to you!

What is the covered under the Warranty for each RxGun Product?

RxGun products are manufactured with high-quality industrial parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, your limited warranty covers:

  • All RxGun Devices – 1 year
  • All Product Charger or Lithium-ion batteries – 90 days
  • All Product Attachments – 30 days

To have the RxGun device or a part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with freight prepaid and insured to RxGun. This warranty does not apply to damage that RxGun determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than RxGun authorized personnel, misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. RxGun does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer to obligate RxGun in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, liquids including but not limited to water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at the RxGun repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of RxGun.

This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. RxGun shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, RxGun reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.

This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof which are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of RxGun.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty is effective for all RxGun products purchased through a RxGun website within the timelines covered. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.

Ordering & Free Shipping

When will my order ship?

When your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive email notifications with tracking and delivery updates. If you ordered via our website before the 2pm PST cutoff time, we typically ship the same day.

How to I update my shipping address?

When placing your order, if your shipping address is different than your billing address, you must assure that your confirmed PayPal address is where you want to ship to.  We can only ship to your confirmed PayPal shipping address and can not be changed.

Once orders are placed, we have a very limited window of time to update your address, but we will do our best to make a request with the courier.

Please note that address changes may delay the delivery of your order by several business days.

I just placed my order, how do I cancel it?

Please reach out via our live message chat on our website for immediate assistance.  Or email our Customer Service at [email protected]. We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped. If the item has already been shipped, we will work with you to ensure it is returned.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your RxGun as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your RxGun, you have 30 days to return it with a money-back guarantee.

1. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are within your first 30 days, please reach out to our Customer Service  Team via email at [email protected]
2. Once we receive your email, a member of our team will provide you with a Return Authorization to complete and send back to us. The RMA# MUST be included with your return. Please keep in mind, we do not cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
3. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business day to process a refund.
4. Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.
