How do I use my RxGun?
This is the general guide to get the most out of your RxGun, whether you’re treating yourself or others:
- Always turn on the RxGun before placing it on the body.
- For muscle activation, recovery, and tension relief, simply “float” the RxGun on muscles that need the most attention—it was designed to do all the work for you. Slowly glide the RxGun up and down the muscle, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
- Breathe, relax, and remember to stretch. It feels amazing!
How long should I use my RxGun?
Depending on the desired result, we recommend using your RxGun for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. A full-body session should not exceed 15 minutes. Treat yourself 2–3 times per day.
- 30 Seconds = Muscle Activation: Prior to workouts or physical activity, float your RxGun for up to 30 seconds to instantly activate and “wake up” your muscles.
- 15 Seconds = Muscle Re-Activation: Reactivate muscles during your workout or activity by using your RxGun for 10–15 seconds on the target muscle group to re-energize, relieve spasms, and alleviate fatigue.
- 2 Minutes = Pain Relief & Recovery: Float your RxGun for up to 2 minutes post-workout to decrease soreness and target muscles requiring immediate pain relief.
Can I travel with my RxGun?
When traveling with your RxGun, removable lithium-ion batteries must be stored in carry-on baggage only. If your carry-on bag is checked at the gate, all lithium batteries must be removed and kept with you in the aircraft cabin. Please check with your local airport guidelines.
For devices with built-in lithium-ion batteries, keep the entire unit in your carry-on luggage. While you are permitted to travel with your RxGun device and accessories in carry-on luggage, final approval rests with the TSA officer.

RxGun products are engineered with durable industrial components. If a malfunction occurs under normal use, our limited warranty covers:
- RxGun Devices: 1 Year
- Chargers & Lithium-Ion Batteries: 90 Days
- Product Attachments: 30 Days
To have an RxGun device or component serviced or replaced under warranty, items must be returned with prepaid freight and insurance to RxGun. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, misuse, abuse, liquid ingress, drops, power surges, normal wear and tear, or lack of maintenance. When will my order ship?
Once your order is prepared for dispatch, you will receive automated email notifications containing tracking and delivery details. Orders placed on our website prior to our 2:00 PM PST cutoff time generally ship the same business day.
How do I update my shipping address?
When checking out, your confirmed PayPal address must match your intended destination. We can only fulfill orders to verified addresses. Because orders enter processing rapidly, contact us immediately if a correction is needed; address updates requested after shipment may cause transit delays.
I just placed an order, how do I cancel it?
Reach out through our live chat on the site for immediate assistance, or email [email protected]. We will make every effort to cancel your order prior to carrier dispatch. If your package has already shipped, we will assist you with standard return processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from your purchase date. Reach out to our support team at [email protected] to begin.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. The issued RMA# must accompany the returned unit. Return shipping postage is the responsibility of the sender.
- Upon warehouse inspection, returns are processed within approximately 2 business days.
- Refunds post back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your banking institution.
